At Open Longevity, I built Appraizer, a production system that uses a five-model LLM ensemble to evaluate scientific grant proposals. I integrated it into the organization's website through a FastAPI REST API and added a feedback loop to improve scoring consistency.
I also designed and built SMM Agent, a multi-agent content generation pipeline with web research, RAG, and an automated revision loop. Its React frontend streams execution updates from a FastAPI backend, and an ongoing client pilot is adapting it for long-form SEO/GEO articles.
In biomedical research, I built DeepSurv-NMF, an explainable survival-analysis pipeline for TCGA-BRCA data, and earned third place in the TSTU Internal Research Competition 2025. My B.Sc. thesis project, SpatialScope, is a full-stack platform for biomedical image analysis and outcome prediction; validation on public paired datasets is planned.
I built a gene-protein research agent that won first place at HackAging.ai 2025, and DocTalk, a medical documentation pipeline that won first place at TSTU IT-Track 2024. I'm now pursuing an M.Sc. in Information Systems and Technologies at Tambov State Technical University.
