At Lugal Soft, I design, build, deploy, and operate multi-tenant SaaS platforms for Iraqi businesses. I’ve shipped five production systems across commerce, restaurants, schools, clinics, and field sales.

I built Logistify, a commerce and order-management platform serving a live retail brand with 17,000+ customers. Its anti-fraud checkout combines risk scoring with WhatsApp OTP verification, and its ad tracking integrates Meta and TikTok server-side events.

I also build workflow automations with n8n and WhatsApp Cloud API, including an AI auto-reply agent with human handoff. For shipping operations, I created a Python pipeline that produces daily manifests for 1,000+ orders.
