I've delivered 4G/5G radio network optimization and railway communication systems across China, Guinea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. My work combines RF engineering, field delivery, and PMP-certified technical project leadership.
At Xi'an Leidi Information Technology, I led technical support and system delivery for the Morebaya-Simandou Railway project in Guinea. I headed field engineering across 300+ km and seven stations, commissioning intelligent optical monitoring and patrol auxiliary systems through final handover.
At Ericsson, I optimized LTE/NR KPIs, managed site integration and swap acceptance, and led feature trials for international operators including TrueMove MergeCo, Vietnamobile, and Indosat. I also coordinated project baselines, client communication, technical validation, and formal acceptance documentation.
Earlier at Xi'an Jinma Communication, I progressed from drive testing and interference troubleshooting to OSS-based worst-cell recovery, cluster tuning, and KPI improvement for 2G/3G networks. I work professionally in English and Chinese and translate complex technical requirements into practical delivery plans.
