What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead machine learning and research teams, define technology strategy, build scalable delivery processes, and bring high-impact ML products from pilots to production.

At N techLab, I lead a machine learning and research laboratory of around 30 people, setting its structure, goals, cross-team processes, technology strategy, and budget. I launched acceleration methods for critical scenarios that improved results by 30%, initiated universal technology pilots, and built teams to deliver new projects.

Previously, I led data science teams at TalenTech, CityMobil, VoiceLab, and MIPT, building ML products for video interviews, logistics, geolocation, fraud detection, voice verification, computer vision, and routing. I've hired and managed specialists, scaled a DS team from 1 to 5 people, introduced project evaluation with a three-day SLA, and automated neural-network training to reduce training-stage budget threefold.
