I led a team of around 20 employees, providing day-to-day availability, guidance, and motivation while keeping the branch running smoothly. I increased product variety and basket size to grow sales volumes and business profitability.

I bring hands-on experience in employee motivation, customer service accessibility, labor laws, safety, sales promotion, and managerial software. I communicate clearly in writing and verbally, with a strong service mindset and creative approach to meeting goals.
