I’m looking to lead enterprise BI and analytics—owning KPI governance, executive dashboards, and reporting automation—partnering with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable, data-governed decision support.

I’m a Business Intelligence & Analytics executive with 10+ years of experience leading enterprise reporting, analytics strategy, KPI governance, and data transformation within the banking sector. I translate complex business requirements into enterprise-scale analytical solutions that improve performance, governance, and operational efficiency.

As Head of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics at AMIO Bank CJSC, I lead the BI function, manage a team of five analysts, and deliver executive dashboards across Finance, Risk, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, and Digital Banking. I standardized over 50 enterprise KPIs, built an Executive Financial Dashboard, automated recurring reporting workflows with SQL and Python (reducing manual effort by ~80%), and deliver BI solutions used by 100+ business users.
