I also automated 10+ cross-entity reporting workflows to replace legacy Excel processes, saving 100+ business hours every month, and built leadership rating/escalation reporting that boosted operational compliance by 27%.

Previously, at Severstal Cherepovets, I built 10+ KPI/OKR and financial dashboards, connected them to DWH, and published via Power BI Report Server. I served as the core analyst in an R&D task force integrating a mathematical optimization model and contributed to 4,000,000+ USD YoY cost savings, while automating 30+ reports and reducing preparation time from days to hours.
