What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, async-first team where I can own end-to-end implementation and QA. I want to reproduce issues, turn client problems into clear Jira tickets, and collaborate closely with developers—without phone-queue communication.

I’m an Implementation & QA Engineer with 7+ years in B2B SaaS, focused on bridging the gap between clients and developers. I configure and customize solutions end-to-end, then reproduce complex bugs and translate them into clear, actionable Jira tickets.

At SpurIT, I configure Shopify apps for enterprise merchants and customize Liquid/HTML/CSS themes. I also reproduce complex bugs, write detailed bug reports in Jira, run regression testing, and produce technical documentation for clients and internal teams.

Previously, in Customer Success / Technical Analyst & QA Support, I investigated technical incidents in a FinTech product (500K+ users) by reproducing issues, analyzing logs, and creating Jira tickets for Dev/QA teams. I also trained 10+ new employees, served as a Technical Documentation shift lead, and conducted user interviews to gather feedback for Shopify product improvements.

I thrive in remote, async-first teams—no phone queues, just real problem-solving. My core strength is turning messy client problems into structured testing, documentation, and next steps that engineering can execute quickly.
