I am a veterinary professional and experienced laboratory manager with a strong track record in process management, quality control, regulatory compliance and client relations. As Deputy Director of a regional state laboratory, I lead over 120 employees, implement ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, optimize workflows and coordinate internal audits to ensure high standards and operational efficiency.

Earlier roles include veterinary border control and commercial representation, where I managed documentation, ensured epizootic safety, grew client bases and executed commercial strategies. I bring analytical thinking, personnel management skills, and hands-on experience with regulatory authorities and external partners, and I am committed to continuing professional growth and contributing operational leadership to a mission-driven organization.
