Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Workforce Management Manager to lead the optimization of our workforce planning and scheduling processes. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to maintain operational efficiency, improve service levels, and enhance employee engagement across our organization.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and recommending actionable improvements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of using data analytics to drive workforce optimization and improve service levels.
- Strong understanding of workforce management systems and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing teams and developing talent within a workforce management environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools such as Verint, NICE, or similar platforms.
- Advanced degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in workforce management systems and analytics tools.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
