Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in wireless consulting or engineering roles, with a proven track record of leading successful wireless deployments.
- Deep knowledge of wireless technologies and protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, etc.) and their applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting complex wireless network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications such as CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional), CCNA Wireless, or equivalent.
- Experience with network design and management tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar.
- Familiarity with IoT and its integration into wireless solutions.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in wireless network design, configuration, and optimization.
- Experience with network security protocols and best practices.
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals and site survey methodologies.
