Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join our innovative team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable wireless networks, including Wi-Fi 6 and beyond, ensuring optimal performance and coverage

- Implement security measures to protect wireless communication and mitigate potential threats
- Monitor network performance using tools such as NetSpot, Ekahau, and AirMagnet, and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions into existing network architectures
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps to maintain accurate records
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in wireless network design and administration
- In-depth knowledge of wireless standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and protocols
- Proven experience with wireless controllers and access point configuration
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications such as CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional) or Cisco CCNA Wireless
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Familiarity with network security practices and protocols
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in network design tools like Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, and PRTG
- Experience with VLANs, QoS, and network routing protocols
- Understanding of IP addressing and subnetting
