Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Windows Server Administrator to join our dynamic IT team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Participate in troubleshooting server issues, providing timely resolution and escalating as necessary
- Document procedures and configurations to contribute to the knowledge base for team members
- Collaborate with senior administrators to implement system updates and patches
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support or IT role, preferably with exposure to Windows Server environments
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, MTA, or equivalent, are a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019
- Understanding of system monitoring tools and performance metrics
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is advantageous
