Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in wind turbine maintenance or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology, components, and maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in wind turbine technology or maintenance (e.g., GWO certification).
- Experience with data analysis tools and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of wind turbine mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with SCADA systems and condition monitoring techniques.
- Knowledge of safety management systems and regulatory compliance standards in the wind energy sector.
