Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in wind energy operations and maintenance
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology and electrical systems
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a technical environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred:
- Professional certifications related to wind energy operations (e.g., GWMP, GWO)
- Experience with SCADA systems and performance monitoring tools
