Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities for performance enhancements and cost reductions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in wind energy maintenance or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Experience with safety protocols and best practices in high-voltage environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and data analysis tools to monitor and optimize turbine performance.
- Experience with project management methodologies and maintenance management software.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (MMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting methodologies, including PLC programming.
- Experience with condition monitoring technologies and predictive maintenance techniques.
