Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in welding engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in various welding techniques and processes, including MIG, TIG, and resistance welding.
- Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on aerospace or automotive applications.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or certification related to welding engineering.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and technologies.
