Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Web Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in web technologies to guide client projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with both client expectations and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex web solutions leveraging modern frameworks and technologies to meet client requirements
- Lead client engagements by advising on best practices for web design, development, and user experience
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client goals into actionable project plans
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for project updates and strategic discussions
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and trends to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in web consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful web projects
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to guide client relationships
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end web development technologies
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
