Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP)
- Experience with automation technologies within warehouse operations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory management systems
