Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Warehouse Operations to lead our logistics and warehousing activities at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline processes and optimize inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for all staff.
- Manage budgetary planning and resource allocation to meet operational goals and financial targets.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving cost savings within warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of warehouse management software and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software, including Excel and BI tools.
- Experience with automation technologies and robotics in warehouse operations.
