Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in voice engineering or related fields, with a strong background in VoIP and telecommunications.
- Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Deep knowledge of voice technologies, including SIP, RTP, and cloud communication APIs.
- Experience with voice recognition and NLP technologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI-driven voice applications and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Prior experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced technology environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in VoIP protocols and signaling (SIP, H.323).
