Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Vocational Horticulture Program Coordinator to lead and enhance our horticulture educational initiatives. This role is essential in designing and implementing comprehensive vocational training programs that equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge in horticulture practices, sustainable gardening, and plant care management. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in horticulture education, program coordination, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of horticultural principles and practices, including sustainable gardening techniques.
- Proven ability to develop educational materials and curricula for diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Horticulture, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in community outreach, partnership development, and student engagement.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in horticultural software tools for program management and student tracking.
- Experience with instructional design and online education platforms.
- Knowledge of plant identification and care techniques, including pest management and soil science.
