Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief of Urology to lead our urology department and drive innovative patient care initiatives. Responsibilities

- Lead the recruitment, training, and mentorship of urology staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Urology.
- 10+ years of clinical practice experience in urology, including leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing clinical operations and improving patient care outcomes.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred:
- Experience in academic medicine and research.
- Published author in peer-reviewed medical journals.
- Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques and robotic-assisted surgery.
