Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Units to lead our operational teams and drive performance excellence across various units. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's objectives and drive unit performance.

- Analyze performance data and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing diverse teams.

Preferred:
