Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Transplant Coordinator to join our dynamic transplant team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in transplant, oncology, or critical care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred:
- Previous experience in patient coordination or case management
- Knowledge of transplant procedures and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with medical terminology and transplant protocols
- Ability to utilize EHR systems for data entry and patient tracking
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication
