Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Train Engineer to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge railway systems. Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:

Project Management:

- Provide guidance on risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Technical Expertise:
- Act as the principal point of contact for all technical matters related to train systems, including propulsion, signaling, and safety mechanisms.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in railway engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of railway systems, including design, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with electric and hybrid train systems.
