Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Support the lead teacher in creating a positive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Engage with children in activities that promote language, motor skills, and social interactions
- Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher on individual developmental milestones
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and classroom activities
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and knowledge
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience working with toddlers in an educational or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using educational tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences
- Ability to adapt lesson plans and activities based on children's needs and interests
