Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of our comprehensive infant program, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of care and education while fostering a nurturing environment for infants and their families.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports the developmental needs of infants
- Collaborate with educators and staff to create a safe and engaging environment for infants, promoting healthy physical, emotional, and social development
- Conduct regular assessments of infant development and progress, providing feedback to families and staff
- Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in infant care and program delivery
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, providing resources and support to enhance their understanding of infant development
- Monitor program compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards, ensuring the highest quality of care
- Manage program budget and resources effectively to maximize program impact
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in infant care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and staff
Preferred:
- Experience in program coordination or leadership roles within early childhood education
- Knowledge of local regulations and accreditation standards for infant programs
- CPR and First Aid certification
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using technology for program management, including scheduling and record-keeping software
- Familiarity with child assessment tools and developmental screening methods

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
