Responsibilities

- Support the organization and cleanliness of the classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with infants through play and exploration, encouraging language development and social interaction.
- Document and communicate children’s progress to the lead teacher and parents, fostering a collaborative approach to each child's development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance teaching practices and stay current with early childhood education trends.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working with infants or young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to implement age-appropriate activities.
Preferred:
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in a hybrid learning environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Ability to utilize basic classroom technology to enhance learning experiences.
