Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective curricula and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to family engagement.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience with program accreditation processes and standards.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and curriculum evaluation methods.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
