Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a tire service or automotive service management role.
- Strong understanding of tire products, services, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and service scheduling software.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in tire installation, balancing, and repair techniques.
