Role Overview
We are seeking a Testing Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts within the organization. This role will be instrumental in establishing a robust testing framework that ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will manage a team of testing engineers, drive testing strategy, and implement best practices across the testing lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with product goals and timelines.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing testing strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
