Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Database Administrator Manager to join the technology leadership team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in database administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of database security principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions, such as AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and big data technologies.
- Experience with database migration strategies and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced expertise in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automating database tasks.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
