Role Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Snowblower Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our snowblower fleet. This role is crucial in managing maintenance schedules, overseeing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to keep our equipment in peak condition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for snowblowers, ensuring timely service and repairs to maximize operational readiness
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their technical skills and efficiency
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify maintenance needs and oversee the repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary components
- Collaborate with the operations team to address equipment performance issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, with a focus on snow removal machinery or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience supervising a team of technicians
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Preferred:
- Certification in small engine repair or a related field
- Experience in preventative maintenance program implementation

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
