Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Head Server to oversee our remote restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing server teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence while leveraging advanced technology to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of servers to deliver outstanding customer service in a fully remote environment

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service quality
