Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Server to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote position, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective service strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and promotional campaigns to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Track and analyze service metrics to ensure performance goals are met and report on key performance indicators.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or server role, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using digital communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and email platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing software to manage customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools to track performance metrics.
