Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
