Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining establishments
- Knowledge of menu engineering and wine pairings
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to manage reservations through platforms like OpenTable
- Familiarity with inventory management tools
