Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Proven track record of applying rheological principles to solve complex engineering problems.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at industry conferences.
- Expertise in various rheological characterization techniques and equipment.
Preferred:
- Experience in product development within the polymer, coatings, or related industries.
- Familiarity with computational rheology and simulation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of rheological phenomena, including viscosity, elasticity, and shear-thinning behavior.
- Experience with rheometers and associated data analysis software.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies.
