Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Pharmacy Manager to oversee and optimize pharmacy operations across multiple locations within [$COMPANY_LOCATION]. Responsibilities

- Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement action plans to address areas of opportunity.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote medication safety and adherence among patients.
- Manage pharmacy budgets, inventory levels, and cost control initiatives to ensure financial targets are met.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- PharmD or equivalent degree in pharmacy.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy management, with a proven track record of leading pharmacy teams and operations.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and improve operational efficiency.
