Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy practice, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medication management, and clinical pharmacy practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing pharmacy operations strategies that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Preferred:
- Board certification in a relevant pharmacy specialty.
- Experience with pharmacy informatics and technology solutions.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of drug utilization review processes and formulary management.
