Responsibilities

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and recognize achievements
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention strategies
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract customers and enhance sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze sales trends and develop action plans to enhance performance
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
