Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Residential Construction Training to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for our residential construction teams. Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the execution of training programs that enhance the skills of construction personnel, focusing on safety, compliance, and best practices in residential construction.

- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in residential construction management or training, with a proven track record of developing successful training programs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse audience.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Construction Management, Education, or a related field.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
