Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in real estate.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Completion of appraisal coursework and/or internships in residential appraisal.
- Familiarity with appraisal software and tools.
- Desire to pursue further licensure or certification in residential appraisal.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with appraisal software such as ACI or Appraise-It.
- Understanding of geographic information systems (GIS) for property analysis.
