Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Real Estate Assessor to lead our assessment team and set the strategic direction for property valuation within our organization. Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in real estate assessment, property appraisal, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong knowledge of property valuation methods, market analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in property assessment or appraisal (e.g., Certified Assessment Evaluator, Member of the Appraisal Institute).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role within a government or public sector organization.
