Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Research Geologist to lead our geological research initiatives. In this role, you will drive innovative research projects, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the advancement of geological sciences within our organization. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage geological research projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scientific rigor.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- PhD in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant research experience.
- Proven track record of leading and publishing high-impact geological research.
- Strong proficiency in advanced geological modeling and analytical techniques.
- Expertise in geospatial analysis tools and software such as GIS, ArcGIS, and remote sensing technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience with interdisciplinary research projects, particularly in areas such as environmental geology, resource management, or climate change.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry standards related to geological research.
