Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Transcription Supervisor to lead our transcription team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the transcription department, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of medical documentation while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the transcription team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in medical transcription, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Certification in medical transcription (e.g., CMT or RMT) or equivalent credentials.
- Experience with transcription software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality assurance methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
