Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Training Manager to drive the development and execution of comprehensive training programs across multiple locations within [$COMPANY_LOCATION]. Responsibilities

- Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars, fostering an environment of interactive learning and knowledge sharing
- Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and resources that support ongoing development

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of trainers or facilitators
- Certification in training methodologies or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams)
- Knowledge of data analysis tools to assess training effectiveness and ROI
