Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Junior Product Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and support to our users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to maximize the use of our products. As a vital member of the training team, you will help shape the learning experience and contribute to the overall success of our user community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing users, focusing on product features and best practices
- Facilitate virtual training sessions that are interactive, informative, and engaging
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to users, addressing their questions and concerns
- Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve training materials and methods
- Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on product updates, enhancements, and new features
- Contribute to the creation of training documentation, user guides, and online resources
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a training or customer support role, preferably in a technology or software-related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner
- Proficiency in using virtual training tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment
Preferred:
- Experience in product training or instructional design
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and instructional design methodologies
- Background in customer success or product management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Familiarity with video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
