Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Regional Operations to lead and optimize our operational performance across multiple regions. This role will be pivotal in shaping our operational strategy, enhancing efficiency, and driving growth while ensuring alignment with our company’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional operational strategies that align with corporate objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Oversee the operational performance of multiple sites, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving performance metrics that support the overall business strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in operational processes, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including sales, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and operational initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage budgetary processes and ensure financial objectives are met through efficient operations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably within a multi-regional or multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and achieving significant business results.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and developing talent at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track record of successful change management and transformation projects.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in operational metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Proficient in ERP and supply chain management software.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
