Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Regional Operations to lead and optimize our operational framework across multiple regions. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and effectiveness in a multi-site environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial planning.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth industry.
- Advanced degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems and operational software to manage complex workflows.
