Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Assessor to join our team, responsible for overseeing assessment processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the assessment process, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in assessment, quality assurance, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role within an assessment or quality assurance environment.

- Advanced certifications related to assessment and quality management.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
